Mirette Fakhry is our Rewards & Performance Manager in the Cairo site. Mirette joined Centro in April 2010 and started as a call center representative for almost 2 years, then she moved to the People Department where she became responsible for payroll in Cairo and sometimes Manila.
Mirette manages and compiles all payroll information, completes and maintains records to ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
She handles all bank transfers to guarantee that the payroll is transferred on time while maintaining complete employee confidentiality.
Mirette has an Income Taxes Certificate, Business and Reports Writing Certificate and more than five years of experience. Mirette for sure is an added value to Centro and continues to thrive in the company.
