As you probably know our third core value is “Pursuing Excellence”. As you probably also know Centro’s corporate identity slogan is “where excellence is the average”.
As we developed these 2 phrases for Centro, my goal was NOT for us to reach perfection! Some people might think that we are saying that we are perfect, again NOT true.
The goal here is to create a habit of aiming high, pushing yourselves to the max and reaching areas you’ve never been before! BTW, you’ll never reach perfection, but you’ll do great in life if you keep trying to!
