In life we get affected by a lot of different factors, family, friends, the weather etc…
In the famous book The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, the author makes a very interesting statement, he says “successful people keep the sunshine in their pockets”. Meaning, you shouldn’t let things like the weather affect your performance.
That being said, in Centro, I feel that one of the most important factors that can affect us is…. Can You Guess? The people you work with!!!
The person next to you, the person you deal with, people in different departments etc… Imagine if each one of us took it upon themselves to be a positive effect on another person! How awesome will our environment continue to be? By the way, this is how Centro became what it is today – A work place with a great environment!
