I recently went to Mexico with my mom and 3 siblings. I got to meet my family face to face for the first time. This was also my first time traveling outside the US, which was so exciting. The people in Mexico were so nice and they welcomed me and my family into their country with open arms. We traveled for 5 days thinking we would have enough time to visit family and all the touristic sites. Boy were we wrong! However, we did learn a lot about the people and the culture in Mexico. They don’t have rules of how many people can go in the back seat of a car. In fact, it’s about how many can fit into a car. So, we decided to test out the theory and put 9 people into a 5-passenger car. The ice cream trucks there aren’t really trucks but more of a mini fridge on wheels that you maneuver the same way you do a bike which I thought was very cool. The TV where we were at didn’t work unless somebody was holding it to get service, so we had to take turns holding the antennas. It was definitely a great experience and I can’t wait until my next trip there!
