“Travel is never a matter of money but of courage”

It all started in 2014, when I decided to participate in an Educational Project with the United Nations working on SDG number 4, which is Quality Education. The project was mainly in Russia ( Moscow – Saint Petersburg – Voronezh ). I lived in a hostel with a group of people from all around the whole world. We enjoyed exploring our different cultures and exchanging experiences .

We visited the Kremlin and Red Square, since they are two of the most touristic places in Russia. People there are so friendly and they know Egypt by heart.  Most of the Russians know a lot about Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada, but they don’t know much about a lot of cities like Cairo and Alexandria so, it was my job  to make sure they got to know our culture and history.

In Russia, they have a lot of traditional food like Pelmeni, Blini, and Shashlyk, which all are delicious!  I would surely visit Russia again if I got the chance, but I’m also seeking a new experience, a new country to explore and meet new people. I really encourage each and every one to travel, because once you do, your personality and your way of thinking will dramatically change in a great positive way.
