After 3 years of searching and contemplating to find an artistic unique effective product matching my passion, I succeeded to publish Rou7 Notebooks-The Spiritual Experience.
I graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts, my graduation project was about El Ghouri Palace an ancient architectural phenomena that was built in 1504 A.D. Now a cultural center that presents El Tannoura Performance, which is a Sufi show, similar to the twirling dervishes.
The place inspired me to read about Sufism and attend different classes about spiritual individual experiences and how to elevate your soul and humanity, find inner peace and spread the love we receive from God to people.
Sufism moved me, inspired me and changed my views. I decided to focus on the names of God. I read a lot about them and their connotations. One day I decided to live by these names and write my thoughts about their effect and meanings.
Finally, in May 2016, I published these thoughts through Rou7; an artistic notebook inspired by Moroccan art. Each notebook is named with one of the different names of God and basically gives you insights about the meaning and connotation of this name and how to live by example. The content of the notebooks can change people to the better, they can live a life full of morals and meaning.
I published my first notebook in June 2016. Rou7’s first entire collection was out in November 2016. In December 2016, I was invited to talk about Rou7 in TEDx and in March 2017 I was a guest speaker at the Rotary. In April 2017, I published the Rou7 website to display my entire collection online.
Overall Rou7 is a tool to find your inner balance in the materialistic world we live in. I believe that every name or adjective from the names of God is a source of power in our life. Rou7 mainly brings our souls alive.
