Hi My name is Christian Grey, 21 years old and today I will share with you my experience here in Centro Global Solutions Manila Site. First of all, let me share with you my experience in the training period as Centro is my first BPO experience, I was very committed to passing that training and I really admired how dedicated our trainer Lauren Smith was. For me Lauren is such a talented trainer not just talented at passing on information, but also she is so dedicated in helping everyone around her and she is always willing to go the extra mile and to pass on her knowledge and experiences. She’s the reason why I learned so many things in such a short period of time. I applied everything I learned from her during my test call and I’m happy to say that I made it. After passing my test call I was very happy and on that day I met my one and only Team Leader Cody Simmons and of course my first impression of him was that he is very strict and I felt so intimidated. But it’s safe to say that my first impression of him couldn’t be more wrong because Cody Simmons for me now is one of the best people I’ve met. And I’m so thankful to have him as my Team Leader. Cody helped me start my journey on the production floor, he made sure that I’m prepared and well trained. He is a big part of my development journey to becoming the Centroee I am today. Sharing his “Words of Wisdom” everyday helped me and my colleagues become more positive. That’s why I want to take this opportunity to thank him for all his hard work and effort, and the difference he made, not only for me, but also for the entire team. And to Centro thank you for accepting me for making me part of this family and I’m truly blessed and thankful for this opportunity. Wishing all the best to all Centroees and may we all stay blessed.
