When I first joined Centro my goals were to simply earn money, to be financially stable, and to support my family’s needs. Making friends was just a bonus. However, I figured out eventually that Centro is different from any other workplace. For starters it’s not just a work place but a training ground for everyone who wants to grow professionally.
Success is everyone’s mission, life is full of challenges and opportunities, but only for those who struggle to grab the opportunities and overcome the challenges. I realized that I was privileged enough to be given an opportunity to succeed in this place and I will not let it go.
All I can say is that, Centro for me is not just another job, it’s a place that honors their core values and a place that gives new hope for everyone who seems to doubt their true value in life.
A home is not called a home without a value for everyone, and Centro for me, is a home where I want to leave a legacy in.
