Roba Hamdy praised Kholoud Yousery, Tamera Pannel, Marjorie Harris and Paula Ramos for their exceptional efforts in organizing the Halloween Event. Kholoud did a remarkable job aligning and communicating with Winchester and Manila teams, organizing and purchasing all decoration and activities’ items for Cairo as well as assisting in hanging up decorations and setting up all the floors for a successful event. Tamera, Marjorie and Paula all came up with great ideas for the event for their respective sites, and coordinated all the activities, purchasing of items and food and ensured everyone was having a great time.
Jose Espinosa praised Shamika Johnson for being a true example for a goal oriented Centroee, she comes to work every day focused on her daily goals and achievements not only this, she is willing to coach others if needed. She is a great addition to her team.
The Project Management Team praised the Facilities team for doing an excellent job in the recent reallocation project of moving the People & Performance department. This project had a tight timeline and the team managed to meet the due dates by working extra hours and during their weekends.
Kaila Spear praised Conmesha Ortiz for her excellent motivation and drive to exceed expectations. Within her first 30 days at Centro , her mission on the floor was to become a Top Performer and her positive attitude led her to exceed her assigned targets. Her performance has impressed all the Team Leads and she continues to push and take pride in her work while setting a great example for new agents on the campaign.
Emily Patterson praised Paige Yost for her willingness to always help others around her. Paige always has a positive perspective when it comes to her responsibilities and obligations. She has progressed in all aspects of the campaign by achieving perfect quality scores, doubling the amount of enrollments from the month prior and having an excellent attendance record. Emily admires Paige’s drive and determination as she is on a successful path to becoming a Top Performer.
Shakima Meyers praised Casey Bridge for her excellent performance as a new Health Coach. Within her first few months, she has exceeded the daily target. She set a new campaign record all while maintaining a perfect adherence pattern. Casey has a great positive attitude that constantly motivates herself and those around her. She challenges herself to perform her best and surpass her previous achieved target to maintain her position as a Top Performer.
Jose Espinosa and Shakima Meyers praised the MDR campaign for their accomplishments as a team. The Health Coaches have reached a new campaign record which shows great team effort and their ability to achieve greater than what is expected. This is a huge improvement in completes compared to last month’s numbers. The Health Coaches were able to tremendously increase the numbers. Each Health Coach deserves recognition for their hard work as they continue to exceed their targets.
Sam Garcia praised Jennifer Grey for being extremely dedicated, while spreading positive energy and encouraging those around her. She over-achieved her target during her probation period and she did it again during her first month as a permanent, making her one of the highest achievers in the campaign.
