David Lopez praised Nick Wallace and Julia Gomez for meeting all the clients’ expectations and showing great improvement in handling the queue. The client also acknowledged and praised them for showing great progress in solving patient-related problems.

PR Team Leaders praised Samar Alaa for always willing to assist with any issues regarding attendance, adherence, and breaks. Whenever they have questions about a report she responds with speed and accuracy. She is always willing to assist with updating reports in a timely manner. Samar also sends confirmation emails to agents when they submit a break adherence ticket to ensure that RTM did receive their ticket and it will be covered in the report.

Tamera Pannell Praised Tiffany, Charmaine and Joselyn as they were asked to assist with the new retention project and accepted without hesitation. They have been handling incoming cancellation calls, which are not always easy. That’s aside from their normal queue phone calls. Their work load has increased and they have had no complaints! These 3 ladies are always willing to go above and beyond in taking on new tasks.

David Lopez praised Lee Mills for managing to overachieve his targets ever since he joined Centro. Lee has always been keen on pursuing excellence and being one of the most positive members in his team.

Amr Mohamed and David Lopez praised Anastezia Martin for showing great flexibility in dealing with Quality and Training along with some Service Delivery tasks that helped a lot in both Departments. She is always willing to address any concerns from both ends and has always shown great positivity every day.
