Ahmed Hussein  praised Mohamed Abdel Rahman for managing to stay the top performer of his account for the past 6 months with an average KPI of 115%, showing great consistency in his job, high flexibility and being a great example for his colleagues which increases the sense of healthy competition within team.

Michael Nabil praised Noura Ashraf for her great flexibility in delivering training with an outstanding conversion ratio for the last batch. And for the last 2 batches, Noura was able to reach 125% from the expected targets with her nesting team.

Alex Cooper praised Jersey Carrie as she has been commended by the client for providing an exceptional customer service quality call even though the patient was hard to be handled. By the end of the call the patient thanked her for her professionalism and support.

Abey el Sayed praised Beverly Huff and Steven White for showing a huge level of willingness and flexibility to accomplish extra tasks which are usually not being handled by their department. That’s aside from their day to day tasks while maintaining a 98% SLA.

Emily Patterson praised Andrae Spence for over achieving his projected target with for last month within the first weeks of his employment, currently he has doubled his enrollments for this month and is on track to be one of the Top Performers for October. Emily has full confidence that Andrae will excel as a Refills Campaign Representative.
