Dear Centroees,
I want you to ask yourself a question, “Am I the right person for Centro?”. This is a very critical question for YOU and your career path at Centro.
Over the years, Centroees and the Management Team in particular, for several reasons, have been very selective of the calibers we hire and retain.
First, you become part of the Centro family and let’s face it, who wants a family member who’s causing issues, right? Second, as I shared with a lot of you in the past that YOU are what helps maintain the incredible environment we have in Centro.
And last, our core value of pursuing excellence can ONLY be accomplished with the RIGHT people on the team!
All that being said, after you ask yourself the above question, dig deeper and ask yourself… Am I giving my 110%? Am I helping the environment? Am I working to advance at Centro? Am I bringing positivity to my team? Ask yourself these questions for your own sake and remember you’re a part of a very special company!
