Since it takes all of our different visions and ideas for Centro to succeed, Mr. Sean Farag launched a competition that took place in October for the entire Management Team known as the 3x3x3 Challengeas part of planning for 2018. He challenged them to be creative, think out of the box yet come up with realistic ideas that could be implemented in Centro. So the challenge was:
- 3 ideas to enhance their own growth and improve themselves
- 3 ideas to help/grow their team and subordinates
- 3 ideas to improve Centro as a whole
