Once Gamal knew about the referral program he decided to use all the sources that could help him out. He started posting about the Telemarketing Advisor vacancy on every Facebook group there is, two or three times every day on every single one of them; forty posts on forty groups. After a while, he created his own google doc form where people can fill in information about themselves and their English level. He later calls them and refers the ones whom he believes match the criteria Centro is looking for. He even provoked people on Facebook by writing Arabic posts that indicated that the problem is not finding jobs but that the people don’t even apply when jobs are being advertised. All this enabled him to collect a very good pool of candidates.
