The person who really inspired me a lot here in Centro is no other than Victor Gonzales, our Service Delivery Supervisor. I was motivated by his dedication, commitment and attitude towards work. He taught me how to have a sense of ownership in all the tasks that were given to me, so that I’m able to show and give all my efforts to achieve the best results.
Sometimes he seems tough, but he always teaches us something from the obstacles we face. I was taught to have sense of urgency, especially as delegate team lead which helped me maintain my team’s performance on the highest level.
He showed me how to be composed especially in times of difficulties. I will never forget the wisdom that he shared with me, “When life gets harder, that’s the time that you need to be tougher”. I always remind myself of this, every time I feel down or demotivated not only at work but also in my personal life, because I get easily discouraged if I fail in something. The attitude of “Do whatever it takes” and “No Reason No excuses” that he implemented with us will always be the most important recipe towards our success.
