When I started here in Centro back in September 2016, I stayed in my previous campaign for four months with TL Cody Simmons. Outbound sales is challenging, that’s why every pre-shift, Cody keeps motivating us by sharing his words of wisdom and he always keeps on saying that we need to focus on what our goal is and why are we working here, and to set aside any negativity and always be positive, so in that way we can close a sale and hit our daily or monthly targets.
Then I had the opportunity to work as an agent in my current campaign. My team is the best team I’ve ever had, we are not just a team but we are a family. We help each other and share strategies and ideas in order for us to all grow. What motivates me the most is what my TL Alex Cooper tells me; if you want to succeed in this career, you need to adapt to changes and deal with them in a positive way, love what you are doing and be dedicated.
Previous struggles are now a piece of cake for me so if you stay positive in a negative situation, face the obstacles with a smile and remain happy with what you are doing, you will simply win! A last piece of advice I want to share with each and every co-agent, downsides are always there, they’re everywhere, it is all about how we face them, cope with them until you reach our goal.
