I’m writing this to express my gratitude for the best Quality Monitoring Specialist, and our Trainer, Diana Wilson. When I first met her, she seemed so simple and humble, and when she started the training, I was amazed by how brilliant this lady is. She made sure that we understood everything, and that we’re ready for the test call, she was extremely patient, especially with me, who always had critical errors during the role plays.

When I felt like quitting, she talked to me and made me realize the progress I made so far. Then I saw how determined she was to make sure that the campaign would be successful here in Centro Manila. From that moment on, I made myself a promise, that I would do everything to pass the test call. And eventually, with her help and proper guidance, I passed.

After several months in telemarketing, I was moved to different campaigns, and because of Ms. Diana’s solid training, every test call became simple and easy for me. Even though I’m currently working in SCAP, I still recall and use the knowledge from the previous training I attended with her. I remember once my calls were listened to, by Quality Monitoring, and I received a very good comment. That moment I thought to myself, well what can I say is it’s because I was once trained by the best.

I’m inspired by how strong and responsible she is, it’s not easy to go to a place you don’t know, so far from your home and family, but she did not only manage to do that and get the job done, but most importantly she managed to influence us to be the best we can be.

There are a lot of Centroees who inspire me every day, just like TL David, TL Cody, and Ms. Isabel Carter, but Ms. Diana inspires me the most, in a very special way, I’m so blessed to be part of this great family where I’ve met this inspiring lady.
