I joined Centro last January as a ValueMed Agent. This is my first BPO experience and I knew nothing about it except what I’ve learned from training. It was very challenging at first but with the help of my co-trainees, who had previous experience in BPOs, things got a lot easier.

I started coping, I pushed a little harder, memorized the script and kept on practicing a lot. I was always eager to go to the office early to prepare for role playing and practice even more and more. And after a lot of hard work I’m proud to say that it all paid off and I passed the training.

I’m thankful for my mentors TL Sean Livingston and TL Rich Riviero for their guidance and knowledge not only inside the office but also outside. Aside from that, I’m also glad that I gained friends who became not just friends but a second family to me. I’m thankful to God that He is always there to guide me in my every day journey and leading me to this amazing place.
