Throughout my career I have experienced a wide range of highs and lows over a total of 6 years in the BPO industry. I have faced many challenges primarily with finding a place where I fit in and that felt like a second home. My mindset was always placing myself in environments solely to complete my tasks and I avoided actively trying to pursue friendships within the workplace.
Then I found Centro and this marked a turning point in my career. Working at Centro made me feel at ease and comfortable. The people were great, the management was awesome, the benefits were good, and the rules were implemented fairly. My first month at work was so intense because of the healthy competition on the floor. Despite the challenges I was able to achieve results beyond my set target.
After about a month and a half of working at Centro, I was given the chance to be a Delegate Team Lead. At first I was so overwhelmed because this was the first time I had been given an important position in the company. My Team Lead, David Lopez, didn’t give up on me and taught me many things, gave me advice as well as words of wisdom. This truly changed who I was and made me the person who I am today.
I’m incredibly proud of my sales track record and what I have managed to achieve so far.
