I started working in Centro last January as an agent, It wasn’t hard to fit in. Because everyone was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the management team was very supportive. I remember that day when my managers told me that I had so much potential and suggested that I should apply for the Team Leader position. At first I was kind of hesitant because I was a relatively newly hired Centroee. But they kept on encouraging me and pushing me to reach my potential. So I asked my wife if this was the right time to apply for this position and take on that huge responsibility, and she said “YES!”. She told me that this was my dream and now I have the opportunity, the right set of skills, and the experience. Even though life is all about learning, you can’t really please everyone. So, all you can do is have the guts and always try to do the right thing. So, I applied and got it. Although many people believed in me, some didn’t. And when I come to think about it, I thank those who didn’t, because without them I wouldn’t have learned what I learned now. They challenge me every single day to come up with new strategies, new goals, new experiences and to always learn. Finally, I am the man who will never give up on trying to teach people to be the best they could be, even if I myself am still trying to achieve that.
