As you very well know, at Centro, we are great believers that investing in the people who represent our brand is one of the core values that we live by every day ;“Help People Develop”. Therefore, our Service Delivery Team Leaders were invited to attend an intensive 2-day program that was specially tailored for them.
One of our team leaders; Mahmoud Massoud, took the initiative of summing up all the material delivered during the training selflessly shared it with the rest of the Team Leaders stating that he urges his colleagues to save the material and use it as a quick reference before each move or action.
The material that Mahmoud summed up was extremely useful and effective, which will be used in further training sessions. I was inspired by his selflessness, diligence and how much he wanted to help his colleagues.
