I have been working with Adam Williams for almost a year now, and I was able to see how humane he is on a personal level, over and above to his great leadership. Whether it was during the time when my grandmother passed away, or when I was extremely sick, he always showed true and genuine compassion and care.
On the business level, Adam never stops developing us as a team through sessions and coaching. No matter how many questions or inquiries I have, he always makes the time to listen, help and guide.
What I love most about Centro, is the environment I work in, where people are always helpful. There are many people I worked with at Centro whom I appreciate and admire, and wish I could mention each one in person, but I specifically look up to Adam, consider him my role model and I’m sure I will keep learning and developing.
