I started working in Centro since March 2018, and honestly I came in with zero expectations, since I’ve experienced a lot of negative things in my previous job. For some, it might sound a bit cliché, but, YES it’s been a roller coaster as a “Centroee”, because of all the pressure, motivations, hard work, failures, challenges, which all at end helped me grow as an individual.

I was assigned the ValueMed campaign and with the help of my supervisors and management at Centro, they taught me how to be more enthusiastic, optimistic and goal-driven in all aspects. I’ve been in the BPO industry for 7 years now, and I always thought that being an agent is enough, but when I joined Centro they showed me how to explore new things in life and get out of my comfort zone, which is very challenging.

After a couple of months, I got transferred to a new campaign. At first, I was worried and scared because I didn’t want to letdown  my former supervisors and I wanted to show them that I’m up for the new challenge. That’s when I realized, if management has faith in me and trusts me, then I can definitely do it!

From that moment on, I can say I’m totally happy and blessed for where I am right now in my career, and I’m always optimistic and looking ahead for new things in Centro and challenging myself on how to become a better person.

I learned dedication and how to believe in myself, and to pursue my passion, because at the end of the day I always think that when I walk outside there are a lot of smarter, better people than me, but I learned to always set standards and plans to be a better version of myself not of anyone else.

I’m looking forward to more years as a “Centroee”,  because I believe that working or having a job is a blessing, so you always have to be thankful enough for what you have and take good care of it.
