My journey with Centro started back in August 2018. Fast forward to January 2019, I became a Team Leader handling 24 agents. At first, I was too hesitant to apply for the position thinking I might not make it and I know for sure people will have a lot to say especially that I am a new employee.
Then one day, I woke up and told myself that if I have the right ingredients for success – right attitude, initiative & personal touch – I will be able to survive the challenges that come my way. What I love most about this company is the opportunity and support that is given to the employees. Being a CENTROEE has taught me a lot of things, not just as a Team Leader but as a person.
