I started reading at the age of 11. I was fascinated by Dr. Ahmed Khaled Tawfik’s stories, Metaphysics, which made me love reading. Then, I started reading for Dr. Nabil Farouk who got me into spying novels and action stories. Growing up, I dove into translated books, especially J.K Rowling and her collection of Harry Potter.

I enjoyed International novels as well, so I read novels and books by Dan Brown, Stephen King, Charles Dickens, John Grisham and even Shakespeare and lately I started reading for Haruki Murakami, a Japanese author.

I wrote my first story during my last year in college. On April 2013, I entered a competition called 8-West, and I won.

I decided to move on with my passion, I published my first short story, Liberation and then I joined a competition named “Science Fiction Society” in which my novel Moon Shadow won.

During the time of The Cairo Book Fair 2016, Noon Publishing House published my novel Clomirro.

In brief, it’s about a young guy who woke up one day in a room full of mirrors, 7 mirrors showing wrong decisions he took in the past, 5 mirrors showing the consequences of these actions and the last mirror gives him the choice of whether or not he wants to change his decisions.
