What is common between an RCM Specialist and a Pilot? Actually, nothing. But this is our story!

Centroees are known to be different, vibrant, multi-talented and very ambitious. Elmo De Lucia graduated from high-school with a passion for flying. He wanted to reach the sky, and he did. He achieved a private aviation license, an instrument aviation license and a commercial aviation license from The Monarch Air Flight Academy in Fort Worth Dallas, Texas.

“You can’t take away someone’s wings”, he said. This is his motto till this day. Now an RCM Specialist in Centro, Elmo believes flying gave him the means to be who he is today. Aviation taught him patience, it broaden his horizons, he developed “an eye of a hawk” turning him into a very detail oriented person. “My manager, Ronald, even names me the ATC (Air Traffic Control) Tower of the team”.

His ambitions have no limit, just like the sky. Flying taught him to always take that extra mile, and that’s exactly what he’s been doing with work and life. Centro is always keen to take pride in its diversity.
